Call us (304) 497-2756 or fill out this RA Form to arrange for service on your weatherstation. You can also pre-pay to expedite a complete checkup/battery change on your AltaCom2 weatherstation.

4xR

Checkup

For a Checkup of your 4xR send us everything you have.

for Calibration 4xR

To calibrate your 4xR weatherstation we need:

• Console
• digital sensor
• digital sensor cable (cat5)
• power supply (unless you run directly from your 12 v supply)

Problems with 4xR Weather Readings

If your 4xR weather readings do not seem correct, please send us:

• console
• digital sensor
• digital sensor cable
• power supply (unless you run directly from your 12 v supply)

Problems with Paging 4xR

• console
• digital sensor
• pager
• antenna
• power supply (unless you run directly from your 12 v supply)

Alta or AltaCom Checkup

Alta or AltaCom Battery Replacement

For a Battery Replacement send us the console.

for Calibration of Alta and AC2

To calibrate your Alta or AC2 weatherstation we need:
